6 sizes included! Patterns are designed for standard rectangle hoops, oval hoops like Bernina may have limitations. Please know your hoops, as is your responsibility to know and understand your stitching field capabilities.

We suggest not opening up the files in any form of software. Please just upload straight to a USB stick and transfer to your machine that way. Often when files are opened up via another software program that is not native to the file (we use Hatch to digitize with) the fill effects that I give the patterns can get messed up and not read properly. Unfortunately, the different software programs out there often do not work well together. For this reason we ask that you skip uploading to any type of software before embroidering your pattern. No guarantees will be made on the quality of the designs if you alter them in any way.

As these items are in a digital format, there are no refunds.
If you get the wrong file type, or if there is a problem with the file you receive... it can be resent in the correct format.
