You will receive nine formats... DST, EXP, HUS, JEF PES, VIP, XXX and VP3. We do not sell/support any other formats. A thread chart will also be provided for the pattern as well.
As these items are in a digital format, not finished product. **It is YOUR responsibility to know and understand your the size of your hoops, their capabilities and sewing fields. There are no refunds.
If you get the wrong file type, or if there is a problem with the file you receive... it can be resent in the correct format.
You may use these files to make items for personal use or to sell, but you may not resell or distribute the designs.
Resizing or editing of the designs is not recommended.
